The coordination ladder is the perfect training tool for this! The side straps of the coordination ladder are made of fabric tape, and the cross braces are made of robust plastic. This configuration allows the ladder to be quickly folded and stored in a space-saving manner (fits in any gym bag). Using the quick-release fasteners at both ends of the ladder, it is possible to connect two coordination ladders together to create a longer coordination course. A coordination ladder is also suitable for individual training – ideal for athletes who want to improve their coordination individually (at home or in a training center)!
